10:00 AM - 12:30 PM Check-in and Set-up*

Payment Deadline
Payment deadline is 5:00 PM on February 20, 2009. Your registration will not be
complete until all fees are received. Payment may be made by check or credit card (American Express, MasterCard or VISA).

Registration and Fees
The $75.00 fee includes reservation of 1 display space and lunch for 2 representatives only.

Communication Career Fair Lunch
Representatives will be provided a meal card to use on the MSU campus at any of the following places:

Sbarro Italian Restaurant
Miso Noodle and Sushi Bar
Bleecker Street Deli
Zoca Mexican Grille

Perry Cafeteria

Equipment
Each organization will be provided an 8-foot space which includes one 6-foot rectangular table and
tablecloth. We will not be able to provide special equipment or services such as internet connections, TV monitors, projectors,
DVD/VCRs, screens or an extra table. If you request an electrical outlet for your display, please bring an
extension cord.
If your display will not fit in an 8-foot space or on one 6-foot table, you will need to make
arrangements for a smaller display.

Parking
Parking permits will be sent via email
the week of February 16 and will allow you to park in any space on campus with the exception of
handicapped, timed or campus service parking.

The Golden Triangle Regional Airport is located 15 miles east of Starkville. Rental cars are
available at the airport.
