EMPLOYER INFORMATION

Career Expo is MSU’s largest career fair for the recruitment of MSU students and alumni for internship, co-op, and full-time opportunities and is a great way to meet students informally, gather resumes, and promote your organization!

Schedule of Events*:

Tuesday, September 15: STEM

• Humphrey Coliseum | 12:00 – 4:00 pm

Wednesday, September 16: STEM & CALS

• Humphrey Coliseum | 12:00 – 4:00 pm

Thursday, September 17: All Majors

• Humphrey Coliseum | 12:00 – 4:00 pm

* Each day is followed by a day for on-campus interviews. See details below.

Employer Registration, Fees, and Special Considerations:

• Expo registration is $700 per day, and you can attend multiple days
• Each registration includes the following:
• 3 Representatives ONLY (Please do not ask to bring more than 3 reps)
• Lunch and refreshments for 3 reps
• One standard 6’ display table (There will be no option for a second table)
• 3 Chairs
• Registration Deadline: August 24, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. (OR until capacity has been reached)
• Refund Policy: There will be no refunds after August 24, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.

Schedule of On-Campus Interviews:
Student Interviews:  8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Lunch: 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

On-Campus Interview Registration, Fees, and Special Considerations:

• On-Campus Registration Fee: $100/table
• Registration Details for On-Campus Interviews:
  Your registration includes 2 representatives (ONLY), a standard 6′ table, and three chairs. Lunch is provided for 2 representatives only.
• Registration Deadline: August 24, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. (OR until capacity has been reached)
• Refund Policy: There will be no refunds after August 24, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.
