Primary purpose of the position:

Our internship program is designed for students enrolled in an accredited university or college who are interested in developing on-the-job skills, experiences and insights that last a lifetime. Over the course of 10 weeks, you will have opportunities to learn about several areas of our business, network and collaborate with Ball leaders, and get involved in challenging project work. Provides financial analysis & project support to the global Treasury team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supporting project work in corporate development.

  • Collecting, processing, and analyzing financial data from various sources that are utilized by the corporate development team.

  • Staying updated on the latest economic, financial, and industry trends and learn how these changes impact Ball

  • Assists Corporate Development team with financial analysis on potential strategic targets.

  • Help create presentations for senior management.

  • Meet with key financial counterparts to learn about current activities with the M&A markets.

What We Are Seeking:

  • Current students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline at an accredited 4-year college or university.

  • Completed at least one year of coursework with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.

  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Training in a related field usually acquired through college courses or work-related experience.

  • Job related experience for 0-1 years preferred.

  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in using various software tools and applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in building financial models.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $24-$26/hour

  • May be eligible for additional housing benefits
