Description
Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative Intern to join our Value & Access: Innovation and Strategy department located at our Ridgefield, CT facility. As an Intern, you will apply your marketing/healthcare management major to assist with special projects within the Value & Access Innovation and Strategy team. The Value & Access team serves a key role in the organization where access to medications is facilitated through the U.S. healthcare payer (pharmacy benefit/insurance provider) and organized customers (i.e., health systems).

This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.
Duties & Responsibilities

Provide support for ongoing projects supporting the Boehringer portfolio from a market access perspective

Provide an external landscape assessment, summary and high-level recommendation for an emerging area of focus related to a market access topic (as identified by hiring manager at start of the internship)

Provide support for internal communications, in service to ongoing work across the teams within Innovation and Strategy
Requirements
-
Must be a current undergraduate, graduate or advanced degree student in good academic standing
-
Student must be enrolled at a college or university for the duration of the internship

Overall cumulative minimum GPA from last completed quarter/semester 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) preferred

Major or minor in related field of internship

Undergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours at current college or university

Graduate and Advanced Degree students must have completed at least 9 credit hours at current college or university

Acumen in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams and Powerpoint
