Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting various maintenance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to continuously learn, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Temple, TX
Pay Range: $20+ based on experience
What’s the Job?
-
Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment for optimal performance while following all safety processes and procedures.
-
Completing preventative maintenance on production and warehouse equipment.
-
Designing, building, and/or installing various types of project/machine enhancements.
-
Repairing building structures which may include minor construction projects.
-
Keeping the grounds in safe working conditions.
What’s Needed?
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and at least 1 year of hands-on maintenance and/or electrical technical experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.

Sound math and problem-solving skills.
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certifications in a technical/manufacturing field a definite plus.

Positive can-do attitude with a strong desire to continuously learn.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and take initiative.
